In Agra, Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday evening, the Daggamar jeep rammed into the roadside carts and trampled the bike riders. A teenager died in the accident. While, five other people were injured. There was a hue and cry on the spot due to the incident. Before people could catch the driver, he parked the car and fled.
The incident is of Nibohra road of Fatehabad police station area. Around 4 pm, a jeep was coming here from Nibohra to Fatehabad after filling passengers. The driver lost control near Janta Inter College before Fatehabad town. The jeep rammed into the roadside fast food carts and trampled the bike riders.

Bike rider’s real brother Ashok Kumar and Ramdatt resident Bhogpura, police station Nibohra were injured. Along with Manoj Kumar, resident of Gangora Kheda, who was selling Golgappas, was injured. Along with this, residents of Krishna Murari, Garhi Savarai, Vivek, Naval Kishore, residents of Hanuman Nagar, who were selling hawkers, got injured. Vivek died on the spot in this. The other five people were seriously injured.

After the incident, the driver fled leaving the vehicle. Police reached on the information of the people and took the injured to the hospital. On getting the news, the family members of the deceased Vivek reached there crying. Local people said that Duggamar jeep drivers carry out such incidents on a daily basis. Stands on Shamshabad Road. There is traffic jam. They carry more passengers than their capacity. Such incidents have happened many times. But, the police does not take any action against them.
